We are seeking a Part-Time Community Liaison/Marketing Representative whose responsibilities include:

Driving business development initiatives to grow agency census
-
Identifying potential referral partners including Discharge Planners, Social Workers, Case Managers, Physicians, Practice Managers, and facility leadership
-
Connecting with prospective clients and referral partners with the goal of targeted conversions
-
Meeting or exceed referral to admission goals
-
Expanding the Agency’s marketing presence in designated territories
-
Develop and participate in marketing events
-
Scheduling and executing the required sales calls per week with new referral sources
-
Conducting scheduled rounds in assigned markets to identify new patients in need of Agency services
-
Evaluating potential clients in facilities for appropriateness for Home Healthcare services
-
Communicating with agency intake coordinator to ensure a smooth transition to service
-
Demonstrating knowledge and ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws while performing marketing duties of the agency
-
Creating a public relations program to encourage good working relationships with physicians and community agencies
-
Carrying out other duties as assigned
To be successful in this position, you should have:
-
Minimum 2 years sales and marketing experience in healthcare
-
Minimum 1 year experience in Home Healthcare, Hospice, or Assisted Living environment
-
Proven record of achieving or exceeding census goals
-
Self-motivated and self-directed work style
-
Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Knowledge of social media platforms to facilitate professional and client-based networking
-
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of an organization

Working knowledge of home health care laws and regulations
-
High integrity and adherence to business code of ethical behavior
Education:
-
High school graduate or equivalent
-
Certification, Degree or Licensure in a Healthcare profession

Training in business development or strategic marketing
